Ingredients:

- 3 whole Ripe Tomatoes, Sliced Thick
- 1 16oz. (or more) sliced mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil. Some chopped and some for decoration
- Honey Balsamic Dressing (I take Balsamic dressing and just add a little honey to it)
-Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Instructions:

1. Layer alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella, adding a basil leaf between each, on a large, shallow platter. Drizzle the salad with extra-virgin olive oil & balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper, to taste.

2. Garnish with sliced basil
