Coaching has been a passion of mine for over 20 years, first in swimming, and later on in triathlon. Being a lifelong endurance athlete myself, I have seen first hand what a good coach-athlete relationship can do to help meet goals, and have breakthrough performances. As a coach I can draw on my 12 years of professional racing experience, as well as all the coaches and athletes all over the world that I have had the pleasure of meeting. I have worked with athletes that were trying to qualify for world championships as well as athletes trying to compete in their first race, and in both cases my goal is always to try and help my athletes achieve their goals, in the most efficient and enjoyable way possible. Putting a focus on working within the time and facilities that an athlete has, and making sure they get as much out of it as they can, without sacrificing their family or their sanity. Having had children fairly early on in my career I know how important it is to schedule workouts around school and kids sports, and I always pride myself on my ability to adjust a program to fit my athletes lives, without sacrificing the results.
