November 10, 2019 - Half Marathon
It was a good day to run a personal best. Coach Rob Reddy planned the strategy and it was up to me to execute. Settled into a Zn2 effort for the first 6.5 miles, then bumped it up to Zn3 until mile 11 (the plan was mile 10 but I felt I wouldn't survive), gave it all the last couple of miles, crossing the finish line with a PR of 1:53:21. First Sub2 ever. I'm pleased.
