 Finally, the warmer weather is here. This month’s fueling recipes will surely help you bloom in your upcoming summer competitions. Skip the powdered carbohydrate beverages and swap your pre-workout with Earth’s candy, aka fruit! This month we are sharing some of our favorite pre-, post-, and afternoon pick me up smoothie recipes. Smoothies are a quick and easy way to fuel a sensitive stomach before or after workouts. In addition to their ease, you can make smoothies packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals all of which can help lessen recovery time and strengthen your immune system. This month we are introducing cherries for recovery, matcha for a caffeine boost, and carb-rich frozen bananas to optimize glycogen stores.
