Cucumber Salad Recipe

Looking for a refreshing salad or side? Or maybe you are looking for an easy way to fit more vegetables into your diet? This cucumber salad recipe is perfect. It is quick and easy to prepare, and it tastes great.


Ingredients:

- 2 English cucumbers
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon white sugar
- salt to taste
-minced red onions (optional)

Instructions:

1. Peel the cucumbers and cut in half lengthwise.

2. Scrape out the seeds and slice into ¼" slices.

3. Combine all dressing ingredients and toss with cucumbers. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
