No Bake Energy Bites Recipe

The nuts and seeds can be substituted with what is available or to taste. Great for extra calories while training heavy.


1 Cup (dry) Old Fashioned oatmeal
2/3 Cup unsweetened coconut flakes
½ cup all natural peanut butter (preferably organic)
1/4 cup ground hazel nuts
1/4 cup ground pecans
(or sub 1 cup ground walnut for hazel nuts and pecans)
1/3 cup honey (I like Tupelo)
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla extract
¼ cup Sesame Seeds


Mix all ingredients together and let set in fridge for about ½ hour. Toll into small balls about1 inch in size. Roll in coconut flakes to avoid sticking together. Store in air tight container in fridge.
