Eggs and sauerkraut are a magical combo with a protein + probiotic boost. Add a strip of bacon to really send this breakfast over the top. Depending on where you are at in your training cycle, you may want to include more carbohydrate. We suggest a slice of toast, a cup of sweet potatoes, or a cup of fruit to provide additional carbohydrates.

Instructions:1. Pre-heat the oven to 425 and place the bacon on a cookie sheet covered in foil. Then place the cookie sheet in the oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on how crispy you like your bacon.
