Here is a light, fun, and tasty snack that will bring you back to your childhood. Perfect for post-workout snack as well. Packed with protein and you dictate the taste. Snacks do not have to be fancy or perfect, but being prepared is way better than feeling hangry!
Ingredients:- 4 cups of Popcorn: I love to add coconut oil popcorn topped with Himalayan salt.
Instructions:Add all of your ingredients into a giant bowl and create your favorite ratio of dried goods. Then split the ingredients into baggies or small containers for the week and you are always ready with a great grab-and-go snack.
