PB&J Overnight Oats Recipe

Finally! A recipe that takes longer to eat than make. This month we are featuring grab-and-go ideas for you busy athletes and we had to feature Overnight Oats. The greatest part about this easy and nutritious breakfast is how creative you can get with each morning mix! Below is a guide, but you may substitute with your favorite milk, nut butter or fruit. You might even want to add cinnamon or cocoa powder! The possibilities are endless, post your breakfast and tag #BauccOats so we can see your creations. :)


- 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3- 1/2 cup of choice milk, the less liquid the thicker, you decide!
- 1/2 mashed banana, browner=sweeter
- 1 tbsp of dried coconut flakes
- 1 heaping tablespoon of nut butter (I used crunchy PB)
- A handful of fruit dried or fresh, I used blackberries.
- 1 tsp of vanilla
*Option to add additional nuts or protein powder too!


Combine all ingredients in a container the night before and enjoy in the morning!
