Here in Hawai'i Wahoo fish is also called Ono! ?Ono in Hawaiian translates to "delicious." This quick instant pot recipe was just as delicious as it was easy to prepare. I started with frozen fish and ~20-25 min later the fish was plated and ready to savor! I served my fish with a side of basmati rice and a spinach salad tossed with poppyseed dressing, grapes, lemon juice, and almonds.

- 2 slabs of frozen fish, I chose Wahoo. The thicker the fish the more time needed in the instant pot.
- 2 lemons
- fresh dill
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp of pepper
- 1tsp of Paprika
- 1 cup of water

1. Add frozen fish to instant-pot on top of a steamer rack.
2. Add 1 cup of water. Squeeze one whole lemon over fish. Add seasonings and top fish with plenty of fresh dill. Cut thin slices of lemon and place on top of fish.
3. Seal instant pot and cook at high pressure for 5-10 minutes depending on the thickness of choice fish. I cooked my fish for 8 minutes. I would recommend cooking a thin salmon filet for 5-6 minutes.
4. In the meantime prepare your choice sides. Remember to build a balanced plate. :)
5. Instant release when the time is up and remove fish filets. Serve and enjoy!
