Chocolate Tofu Mousse Recipe

I can't believe this is tofu!! Another cool, quick, and easy dessert for your summer taste buds. This mousse is only 5 ingredients and I guarantee you will not taste the tofu but you will sneak in extra protein. :)


Ingredients:

- 1 block of silken tofu
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

1. Gently drain tofu and pat off extra liquid then add to blender.
2. Add maple syrup, coconut oil, cacao powder, and vanilla to blender.
3. Blend until all ingredients are combined with no chunks!
4. Refrigerate for 30 min if you like your mousse chilled like me, then enjoy!
**Option to top with berries, coconut or nuts!
