Mayo adds a creamy flavor to just about any dish. Many people like mayonnaise on their sandwiches or burgers, but it is also great when added to chicken salad, egg salad, coleslaw, or tuna salad. This homemade mayo is only five ingredients and tastes even better than the store-bought stuff. Mayonnaise can be tricky for some to make, so be sure to follow the recipe carefully. Note: Homemade mayo lasts in the fridge for 4-5 days.

- 1 whole egg (raw)
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 cup of flavorless oil (canola oil, grapeseed oil, sunflower oil)
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of chipotle seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt (optional)

1. Add egg, lemon juice, mustard, and salt to your immersion blender and blend slowly.

2. SLOWLY (one drip add a time) add your oil to the blender while it is running.

3. Once the mayo is thick and creamy, stop blending and stir in chipotle seasoning.
