Homemade Balsamic Dressing Recipe

This dressing is a light flavorful blend made up of only 6 ingredients. We like to keep a jar of this balsamic dressing in the refrigerator at home and at work. Make sure to shake it before you add it to your salad or veggies. This dressing is good for at least a week, but we doubt it will last that long because you will enjoy it so much.


- 1 tablespoon of ground Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil


1. Add mustard, seasoning, fresh garlic, and balsamic vinegar to a small bowl and whisk.

2. Whisk in olive oil.

3. Add mixture to a container with a lid and refrigerate.

4. Shake before enjoying.
