Roasted Peppers Recipe

I love simple meals. One of my favorite side dishes is roasted mini peppers.


Ingredients:

Olive oil spray
mini peppers
(I usually buy the organic ones at Aldi).

Instructions:

Place parchment paper on cookie sheets. Spray the peppers lightly with olive oil and place in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or more, depending on how roasted you like them. It makes them very sweet and delicious.
